Andy Phillips, Founder and Creative Director

Andy is the founder and director of What Matters and brings 20 years of diverse marketing experience to help companies grow. He blends strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise into every client project, and his commercial understanding combined with creative skills allows him to propose innovative creative ideas that solve real business challenges. Prior to setting up What Matters, Andy held numerous international marketing leadership roles within the financial services sector where he was responsible for brand communications, digital marketing and the execution of multi-national campaigns.
